Please note, it is an insurance requirement for all riders to have completed a rider registration form prior to any coaching occurring. At your point of booking, I will send you over a form to be completed - Feel free to either complete this document and bring it with you to your lesson or email me a completed version. If this isn't done prior to your lesson, I will need to complete it upon my arrival at your location before you mount.
